Payment & Shipment & Returns
If you have any special shipping requests, please let me know before placing your order.
I accept payments on PayPal and all major credit cards.
I ship via DHL, FedEx and UPS throughout the world. It usually takes less then 5 working days for delivery.
Your package will leave my shop on the next morning of your successfully cleared payment.
I will let you know of the tracking number of your package. You will be able to follow it on the web.
Keep in mind that receiving dates may sometimes be delayed as there are things out of our control like holidays, weather and custom processing.
If you have any concerns about your package or if you do not receive it within 10 business days, please let me know and I will contact the delivery company on your behalf and inquire its whereabouts.
Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to custom processing.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Taxes are included in all my prices.
However, International items may be subject to custom processing and additional charges. Unfortunately I am not responsible for these fees as every country has its own set of rules.
Custom fees are the buyer's responsibility.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you receive your item and are unhappy with it in any way, please contact me and we will work something out together so you end up a happy customer.
Refunds are acceptable if the item has not been used or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. If you want a refund, you have to contact me within 3 days after arrival of item.
In case of a return, SHIPPING COSTS BOTH WAYS ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
As soon as I receive the package, the item price will be refunded to you via your method of payment.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS POSSIBLE ON ALL RUGS AND KILIM RUGS. Unfortunately, large pieces are very expensive and difficult to deal with when returned. Because of this, I can no longer accept returns on rugs. So please, look at the photos carefully and convo me with all your questions prior to your purchase.
Please note that I take all my photos in Natural light for best accuracy but colors might be slightly different from one computer screen to another.
